AI Integration Consultant · Agentic Engineer

AI that works.
Not AI that talks.

I help CEOs and agency owners move past the hype and build AI systems that actually run — privacy-aware automations, agentic workflows, and working prototypes that connect strategy to implementation.

The Hybrid Model

Strategy that understands code. Code that understands strategy.

Most organizations struggle with AI because strategy and implementation are disconnected. Agencies deliver slideware without technical depth, while development shops build disconnected tools without business alignment.

I operate across both domains. This hybrid approach ensures that digital products, automated workflows, and intelligence layers are designed with purpose and built with precision.

  • 01

    Strategy & Implementation

Not just outlining what is possible, but demonstrating how it works in your specific context through functioning prototypes.

  • 02

    Automation & Systems Thinking

Connecting fragmented tools and APIs to create seamless, automated workflows that reduce manual friction.

  • 03

    Privacy & Design Sensibility

Local, GDPR-aware AI deployments combined with a deep background in frontend design and user experience.

What I do

Three capabilities, one hybrid profile.

01 · AI INTEGRATION

AI Strategy & Integration Planning

Separating signal from noise to find where AI creates real value in your business. I map the landscape to your specific constraints — then plan the integration that fits your actual architecture, not a template.

  • Technical feasibility analysis
  • Vendor & tool selection
  • Use-case validation
  • AI maturity assessment
02 · AGENTIC WORKFLOWS

Automation & Agentic Engineering

Turning manual, repetitive work into intelligent pipelines. I wire APIs, databases, and LLMs together to build autonomous operational layers that reduce friction and run on their own.

  • n8n / Make.com architectures
  • Custom agentic workflows
  • Process mapping & optimization
  • Data pipeline integration
03 · PRIVACY-AWARE SYSTEMS

Local & Privacy-Aware AI

Deploying intelligence where data security is non-negotiable. Local, self-hosted, or compartmentalized AI systems that respect GDPR and keep your data inside your boundaries — no public cloud exposure required.

  • Local open-source models (Ollama)
  • On-premise RAG systems
  • Data boundary design
  • Compliance-first architecture
Operating Principles

How I build.

Rule 1

Privacy by default, not by request.

Particularly in Europe, AI implementation requires an acute awareness of data boundaries. I architect systems that keep sensitive information on-premise or firmly within contracted boundaries.

Rule 2

Do not automate broken processes.

Putting AI on top of a messy workflow just creates a faster mess. Strategy means looking at the operational logic first, fixing the foundation, and automating second.

Rule 3

The prototype is the strategy.

You learn more by building a functional minimum viable product than by looking at five slide decks. Execution uncovers constraints that strategy alone cannot see.

Rule 4

Eliminate friction, keep humanity.

Technology should absorb repetitive administrative friction so humans can focus on deep work, strategy, and empathy. Not the other way around.

In development

A product for those who carry the decision.

Alongside consulting, I am building a product that helps CEOs and agency owners integrate AI into their operations without the hype and without the dependency on a consultant forever. It is not ready to show yet — but it is coming.

Who I work with

Built for decision makers.

I work with leaders who need AI integrated into real operations — not explored in a workshop. If you carry the responsibility for outcomes, this is for you.

CEOs & Founders

You hear about AI everywhere but cannot tell what is signal from noise. You need someone who can assess where AI actually creates value in your business — and then build it, privacy-aware and on your terms.

Agency Owners

Your clients ask for AI features you cannot deliver with your current stack. You need a partner who can architect the automation, wire the APIs, and leave your team with a system they can run.

F.A.Q.

Clarifications

An agency delivers strategy without building it. A dev shop builds to spec without questioning the strategy. I do both — I assess where AI actually fits your business, then architect and build the system myself. You get one person who carries the whole thread from decision to working system.

Every engagement starts with a clear view of your data boundaries. I build GDPR-aware by default and can run AI entirely on your hardware when public cloud exposure is not acceptable. Privacy is architecture, not an afterthought.

AI is the lens, not the limit. Many engagements start with a workflow problem, a knowledge gap, or a product idea. AI is often part of the solution — but so is automation, system thinking, and solid engineering. The question is always what actually works for your operation.

Because real problems do not fit templates. Every engagement starts with a conversation to understand your context, constraints, and goals. From there, we shape the scope together — strategy, automation, or a full build. Fixed packages serve the seller, not the client.
